The hotel was clean, had great facilities, and was located fairly close to the Sanctuary, train station, and the Shrine. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The lack of an elevator may be inconvenient for guests with mobility issues.

This hotel is an absolute gem! the location is perfect - just a short walk from the train station and the stunning grotto. Secondly, the staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. Thirdly, the attention to detail is impressive, from the clean and comfortable rooms with AC to the breathtaking mountain views from the rooms on level 4. And lastly, the breakfast included with your stay is a delicious and filling start to the day. I also appreciate the great value for money this hotel offers.
